God has called our family to disciple, mentor, and empower vulnerable girls and young women, helping them discover their identity, purpose, and hope in Jesus Christ. For over 10 years, I, Godfrey Awimbo Ogoma, have worked with children and youth in Kenya and Uganda through discipleship, mentorship, Bible teaching, and community outreach programs. Through this journey, we have seen many girls struggle with poverty, lack of mentorship, school dropout, teenage pregnancies, rejection, and hopelessness, preventing them from achieving their dreams and full potential. This burden led us to start Cross and Crown Ministries as a platform to reach out to girls and young people with discipleship, mentorship, empowerment, and the love of Christ.
Our mission is to help raise a generation of girls who know Jesus personally, live for Him, and grow into confident, purposeful, and impactful women. Through Cross and Crown Ministries, we are passionate about supporting girls spiritually, emotionally, socially, and practically through discipleship, mentorship, education support, life-skills training, and empowerment programs. We believe that when a girl is loved, guided, and given opportunity, her life can be transformed — and through her, entire families and communities can experience hope and change.
